PARENTS - If you have young children, please be aware of the following points:-

• The galleried master bedroom has a contemporary glass and stainless steel balustrade which is fully compliant with building regulations. Children MUST NOT be allowed to climb or lean over this balcony and we recommend that no child is allowed unsupervised access to this room.

• There is a pond within the landscaped grounds of the site. Whilst it is some distance from the cottage, please seek out its location and warn children of the dangers. DO NOT allow very small children unsupervised access to this area of the grounds.
